Who or what is “WB8ZCC?”

WB8ZCC is the Amateur Radio station call sign of Mr. Russell Hines of Cincinnati, Ohio.  A licensed “ham” since 1976, Mr. Hines currently holds an Amateur Extra Class license, and is an ARRL/VEC Accredited Volunteer Examiner (VE) and an ARRL Registered Instructor.  Professionally, Mr. Hines is Vice President of J.M. Stitt & Associates, Inc., a broadcast technical consulting and contracting firm.

By the way, the caricature is from Mr. Hines’ days as an Oldies radio disc jockey in Cincinnati.  As you can see, Mr. Hines has a face for radio.

Why don’t you drop Mr. Hines an email and ask him why he insists on referring to himself here in the 3rd person.
